2. Return Timeframe

Customers must initiate a return request within 3 days from the date of delivery.

3. Refund Process & Timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 WORKING DAY.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method (or bank account, where applicable).

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


4. Exchange Options

We offer exchange options subject to product availability.

  • Exchanges are available for size issues, defective products, or wrong items delivered.

  • If the requested exchange product is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.

Exchange requests must also be initiated within 3 days of delivery.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos and, preferably, an unboxing video as proof.

After verification, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund (including shipping charges, if applicable).

Failure to provide proper proof may result in rejection of the claim.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or worn products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Personal care or hygiene products (if opened)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Clearance or final sale items

These restrictions help us maintain product quality and hygiene standards.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to personal preference or change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

In some cases, we may arrange a reverse pickup depending on location and courier service availability.


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and will fall under the return policy.
